1 Data sheet

VIA – Design, dimensions and light quality

VIA is an LED table lamp made of aluminium and glass in black chrome: an egg-shaped glass shade that gives you a view of the light source at its centre.

At 28.3 cm tall, VIA is compact, yet it still makes a bold statement in your living room. The dark, glossy finish adds depth to the glass and gives the lamp an elegant look. Every glass shade is mouth-blown, so small bubbles or irregularities make each one unique.

You operate VIA with the touch switch: a short touch turns it on and off, and by holding it you dim the light smoothly from 22 to 121 lumens. This lets you match the brightness to the moment, from clear light to a soft glow. The light is warm white, with a colour rendering index of 89.

VIA arrives ready to use, the light source is already included, and the cable is 200 cm long. There is no dedicated smart home interface, but you can switch VIA on and off with a smart plug.

FAQ

1 Is the VIA dimmable?

Yes. You can dim the VIA continuously by touch: hold the touch switch until the brightness is right. A wall dimmer switch isn't needed for this.

2 Is the VIA smart home compatible?

No interface of its own – but you can switch the VIA on and off via a smart plug.

3 Are small bubbles or irregularities in the glass a quality defect?

Each of our glass shades is made using a high-temperature forming process and is mouth-blown. This gives the shade its beautiful shape and creates a true one-of-a-kind piece that makes every lamp something special! Small bubbles or fine air inclusions may occur in the process – they are a typical hallmark of genuine craftsmanship and underline the uniqueness of every lamp. They are not a quality defect and affect neither the beauty nor the function of the product.

4 Is there a money-back guarantee?

You have a 30-day right of return with us.

Return policy: In the event of a complaint, we will of course cover the return costs for you and refund the full amount.

As we are a young, self-financed company and already bear the shipping costs to you, unfortunately we cannot also cover the costs of a regular return. If you send your lamp back within 30 days, you will receive the refund amount minus the return shipping costs.

For a stress-free return process, you can simply register your return via our returns portal. There you can keep track of the current status of your return at any time.
