Installation

The lamp arrives ready to assemble and can be set up right away. The light source is already included in the delivery. You will find all the information you need in the installation guide.

Switching on and off

The light can be switched on and off using the light switch.

Dimming

The lamp is **not dimmable** as standard. However, since dimmable LEDs are installed, it can be converted to dimmable operation by replacing the transformer. Thanks to the click system, the transformer is easy to replace. You can buy the matching dimmable TRIAC transformer directly from us. After the replacement, the lamp can be dimmed via **trailing-edge phase-cut dimming**. For the conversion, a transformer is needed that has to be swapped out so that the lamp becomes dimmable.

TELIO – Design, dimensions and light quality

TELIO is an LED pendant light made of iron, aluminium and acrylic in black or white: three plate-shaped light bodies on a shared canopy, each built from two staggered plates.

At 120 cm wide, TELIO is designed for a long dining table and as a hanging lamp above a kitchen island, where a single light would be too small. You can set the hanging height between approx. 20 and 210 cm.

The two plates on each pendant light up one another. This creates an indirect, warm white light that spreads evenly and without glare across the whole table. The integrated LEDs deliver 2907 lumens at 45 W.

You switch TELIO on and off with your regular light switch. It is not dimmable as delivered. Since dimmable LEDs are built in, you can upgrade it to smooth TRIAC dimming with a Neona TRIAC transformer, if you have a TRIAC-compatible wall dimmer installed. The light arrives ready to install, and the LEDs are already included.

FAQ

1 Is the TELIO TRIAC dimmable?

Not out of the box. With the TRIAC transformer, which you can purchase from us, the TELIO can be converted to TRIAC dimming. This requires a TRIAC-compatible wall dimmer switch to be installed at your place.

2 Is the TELIO smart home compatible?

No built-in interface. To control it via a smart home system, the transformer has to be swapped for a compatible model.

3 How low can the TELIO be hung?

The drop of the TELIO can be adjusted between approx. 20 and 210 cm.

4 Are the light sources replaceable?

The high-quality LEDs are permanently installed in the lamp. In our experience, however, it is usually the transformers rather than the LEDs themselves that are affected by defects in LED lamps. These can generally be replaced quickly. If you ever have any problems with this, we will of course be happy to help you.

5 Can I mount the light offset to the power connection?

Our luminaires do not have an additional outlet for a cable duct in the wall or ceiling plate as standard. They are designed to be mounted directly on the existing power connection.

If your power connection is not exactly where you want the luminaire to be, you can always drill a hole in the wall or ceiling panel of the luminaire to run a cable duct and mount the luminaire in an offset position.

Please note, however, that we do not accept any warranty for subsequent drilling. In addition, the luminaire cannot be exchanged after such a modification.

6 Is there a money-back guarantee?

You have a 30-day right of return with us.

Return policy: In the event of a complaint, we will of course cover the return costs for you and refund the full amount.

As we are a young, self-financed company and already bear the shipping costs to you, unfortunately we cannot also cover the costs of a regular return. If you send your lamp back within 30 days, you will receive the refund amount minus the return shipping costs.

For a stress-free return process, you can simply register your return via our returns portal. There you can keep track of the current status of your return at any time.
