Assembly

The luminaire arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the light so that no additional light sources are required. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply connect and enjoy. You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.

Switching on and off

Briefly press the touch sensor to switch the battery light on. Briefly press the touch sensor to switch the light off again.

Dimming

When the table lamp is switched on, simply press and hold the touch sensor until the brightness meets your requirements. The light remembers your setting - it saves the last selected light intensity and automatically recalls it the next time it is switched on.

NERO HIGH – Design, dimensions and light quality

NERO HIGH ist eine kabellose LED-Akku-Tischleuchte aus Aluminium und Silikon in Anthrazit, Rostbraun oder Weiß: ein schlanker, 40 cm hoher Leuchtkörper auf 12 x 12 cm Grundfläche, geschützt nach IP54.

Als Akkuleuchte kommt NERO HIGH ohne Steckdose und Kabel aus. Du stellst sie auf den Esstisch, nimmst sie mit auf Terrasse oder Balkon oder stellst sie abends neben das Sofa. Als Outdoor-Lampe mit Akku ist sie vor Spritzwasser geschützt, sollte aber nicht dauerhaft starkem Regen oder Witterung ausgesetzt sein.

Ein kurzer Druck auf den Touch-Sensor an der Oberseite schaltet die Leuchte ein und aus. Hältst du ihn gedrückt, dimmst du stufenlos von 29 bis 294 Lumen. Die Leuchte merkt sich die zuletzt gewählte Helligkeit. Das Licht ist warmweiß.

Mit voller Ladung leuchtet NERO HIGH ca. 8 bis 10 Stunden, geladen wird sie in ca. 6 Stunden per USB-C-Kabel. Ein Netzteil gehört nicht zum Lieferumfang. Die LEDs sind fest integriert, eine Smart-Home-Funktion hat diese Akku-Leuchte von Neona nicht.

FAQ

1 How long does the NERO HIGH battery last?

On a full charge, the NERO HIGH lights for approx. 8 to 10 hours. It is charged via USB-C cable, and the charging time is approx. 6 hours. A power adapter is not included in the scope of delivery.

2 Is the NERO HIGH dimmable?

Yes. With the lamp switched on, press and hold the touch sensor until the brightness is right. The lamp remembers the last setting you chose. A wall dimmer switch is not needed for this.

3 Is the NERO HIGH smart home compatible?

No. The NERO HIGH has no smart home interface and can't be retrofitted with one either.

4 Is the luminaire also suitable for outdoor use?

Yes! Thanks to protection class IP54, the luminaire is protected against splashing water. It should not be exposed to heavy rain or the elements permanently.

5 Is there a money-back guarantee?

You have a 30-day right of return with us.

Return policy: In the event of a complaint, we will of course cover the return costs for you and refund the full amount.

As we are a young, self-financed company and already bear the shipping costs to you, unfortunately we cannot also cover the costs of a regular return. If you send your lamp back within 30 days, you will receive the refund amount minus the return shipping costs.
